Lose weight
Diet:
Things which are allowed
Milk and Milk Products
Cereals and refined cereal products like corn flakes, pasta, cakes. White bread etc/
Eggs
Rice Noodles and other starchy foods
Fats and oils (1 to 2 tablespoons a day)
Fruits
Nuts
Beverages like water coffee, cocoa, and juices
Restrict the use of
Pulses One cup a day allowed but exclude them during an acute attack (chana,rajma, moong,sprouts, lentils soybean)
Vegetables like peas, spinach,beans,and mushrooms
Sugar and sweets if you are obese
AVOID
Meat/organ meat like liver/kidney/heart etc.
Sea Food esp sardines
Beer and alcoholic drinks. Avoid binging anytime
