India's largest and only real estate investment show targeted at showcasing the world's best developments to the Indian investors market.
After the unveiling of a freehold property scheme in 2003, which now allows Indians to invest up to $200,000 USD per person abroad in any given calender year, there has been a spurt of recent buying activity buy Indians looking to invest in properties abroad in places like Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia, US and UK.
The international Property Investment Show 2009 will be the largest show of its type to take place in Delhi NCR, the capital of India and has been put together by Mayfair Group and E-Cube. With a collective experience of arranging shows globally spanning nearly 10 years now, the IPI Show 2009 has been set in Delhi, India as it is the heart of the political arena, the headquarters of many large corporations within India and supports a population of almost 17 million people.
The show will be targeted to both the Business to Business market and the Business to Consumer market so exhibitors can not only benefit from forging business relations within the very influential political arena of Delhi but also benefit from a market of high net worth individuals. With a 360 degree marketing plan put into place to include TV, Radio. Press and Online activity, IPI show will also include on the ground marketing such as road shows and will personally invite 150,000 high net worth individuals in the Delhi NCR.
With press and International real estate conferences to take place two days prior to the exhibition, the show has been designed to create a considerable amount of publicity leading up to the event days. This will be followed by a cocktail party in the evening to provide a social opportunity for exhibitors to interact with the press and any high net worth individuals attending the evening in a relaxed atmosphere. The launch day of the exhibition will be focused to press and business to business interactions, providing the ideal opportunity to further any relations with the press and discuss business opportunities face to face with attendees and other exhibitors. Finally the show will be opened to the public so to provide three days of business to consumer interactions.
